Sarah Brenne, a BFA, MAT, Art Chair Emeritus, Certified Public Educator (K-12), educational consultant, gallery artist/designer, was nominated Distinguished Art Educator of Illinois (2004).

Harry A. Brown is a professional artist, former art director, and founder of Oneliners® Workshops, an independent personal/ professional development program.

Lynda Bush, PhD., a reading specialist and history department head for 36 years with Montgomery Public Schools, served as an education specialist for National Geographic.

Bill and Susan Duggins direct FIRST LEGO League’s educational program in Virginia and present robotics and robotics education workshops to K-12 teachers and students.

Olivia Funnye has been teaching in Arlington schools for 12 years. She has a master’s degree in education.

Michael Gabel, a professional actor and director, has taught at Catholic University, American University, and Montgomery College and is teaching at The Actors Institute, which he co-founded with John Judy.

Al Gaspar, the science coordinator, gardener and shop teacher for Pre-K to 6th, also is a historical diorama creator for Smithsonian camps, Historical Miniature Gaming conventions, and the100th Infantry Divisions’ reunions.

Andrew Gaspar is a sound art designer and has worked as a radio and club DJ in Boston.

Peter Grove is a Pre-K to 4th-grade science teacher.

Charlotte Harris is the chairman of the science department at Wilde Lake Middle School in Maryland and a leader in advanced science fair projects.

Virginia Hartman is a fiction writer and storyteller who teaches writing at American University, George Washington University, and the Writer’s Center in Bethesda.

John Judy is a writer and actor from D.C. who lives in Los Angeles and is a staff writer and performer at ImprovOlympic West.

Bob Keddell is Director of Educators for Connecting Research to the K-16 Classroom and adjunct faculty for Johns Hopkins University’s Teacher Leadership Program.

Randall Knol is a feature writer for Prehistoric Times, Society
of Vertebrate Paleontology member, and webmaster of www.dinosaurcollector.150m.com.

Aurenna Komisar is a second grade teacher in Prince George’s County and the mother of two wonderfully creative girls.

Tara Lee is a self-taught papermaker and bookbinder, teaching the art of papermaking to children and adults for over ten years.

Amy Martin is a teacher at the Lab School of Washington, DC.

Amy Milauskas is a 6th-grade science teacher at Wilde Lake Middle School.

Shaun Miskell is head of performing arts, Lab School of Washington.

Adrienne Nelson is a professional stage and film actress, teaching artist, and artistic director for Encore Stage and Studio's Stage Door program.

Joan O’Mara is an artist and certified teacher in Elgin, Ill.

Ryan Patton holds a Masters in Art Education from Pennsylvania State University and teaches art at Jane Addams High School in the Bronx.

Jennifer Pawlak is a local art teacher who creates interactive children’s exhibits for museums.

Denise Pritchett has run a miniatures business, d’Leprechaun, for 19 years and is a children’s librarian in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Deitra Pulliam has a master’s degree in curriculum development. She is the social studies lead teacher for Arlington County Public Schools.

Brandon Shifflett teaches science at Wilde Lake Middle School in Columbia, Maryland.

Laurie Sisson, a miniature-doll artist, has exhibited at the Tee Ridder Miniatures Museum in New York.

Aaron Springer is an arts instructor for the College Park Arts Exchange and the Friends Community School after-school program; he is also the father of an artistically talented 8 year old daughter.

Lorene Steinberg is an artist who teaches in Arlington, Virginia, and for Friends of the National Zoo.

Betty Simmons is a photography teacher at Chantilly High School.

Davina Smith, a National Board certified teacher at Richard Montgomery High School, enjoys creative writing, film studies, and AP language/International Baccalaureate classes.

Jason Stiles can be seen on stage all over the Washington, D.C. area.

Adrienne Torrey is a teacher for the Howard County Public School System.
