Staying Cool About Summer Wines
With Tastings

Choosing the right summer wine can be a tough job. Spicy hot food off the barbeque demands a full-bodied red. Cold soups and light salads beg for a crisp white. What is best to serve with a fruit-based dessert? When is sparkling white wine the best option?

Are you sweating already? Well, don’t. Helping us to stay cool about wine when the air heats up and the humidity is high is expert Kelly Magyarics. She suggests which of the crisp whites, refreshing sparklers, and barbeque-loving reds work well when cooking inside is hardly an option.

Magyarics is a wine educator who writes about wine and spirits.
