Browse our website, which includes information about over 300 upcoming programs!

There are several easy ways to browse the site:

  • Looking for something to do of particular interest to you? Search for programs using the By Topic drop-down list in the left-hand column.
  • Shopping with the print Smithsonian Associate catalog? Go directly to the program page by entering the catalog code in the QuickTix search option at the bottom of the left-hand column. Tip: please use zeros for any character that looks like the letter "O."
  • Have a timeframe in mind? Try out our new Weekly Calendar by clicking on the calendar icon in the left-hand column. Click on any day and the programs for that week display chronologically. Advance to the next month by clicking on the "Next>" link.
  • Want to focus on an individual program format, e.g. lecture, course, performance, film, studio arts class, study tour? Use the roll-over links in the left-hand column to get a chronological listing by program format.
  • Trying to find a particular program or speaker by name? Use the Text Search feature at the bottom of the left-hand column.

Many of our activities venues are in buildings closed after 5:30, so show the security officer your ticket for entry into the building. Some federal buildings require photo IDs.
